One Hour Maxi

Patterns: McCall's 8108 is an old pattern that was purchased for 20 cents. It's a one hour dress in two lengths with short sleeves or sleeveless.

Fabric: Hot Pink/Black/White Large Abstract Print ITY Knit from Fabric Mart. I love the large print and the striking colors.

Alterations: Simplicity 1280 view D hem was used on this dress.

This was a perfect dress for my trip as it's relaxing and non-constricting! I wore a maxi each day including this and this . We had loads of fun.

  1. That is a beautiful maxi dress and it looks very nice on you! Maxi's are my favorite, both to make and to wear.

    1. Thank you Judi! I really enjoy the comfort of wearing them. On this cruise, I felt sorry seeing others having to hold their dresses because they were too long. There is a lot to be said for those who can sew.
