So, it has the perfect pattern and colors
Pattern: Butterick 5982 MISSES'/MISSES' PETITE DRESS AND BELT: Dress has close-fitting, lined bodice, side front seams, pleated and gathered skirt, back zipper, and belt with bow, knot and Velcro® closing. A/B, C D cup sizes.
Okay, this is a shower curtain that includes the bronze that matches my shoes and purse. It's a little hard for me to leave this pattern as it is fitting perfectly into my life right now.
Why am I feeling as if these Spring outfits should have been completed and that I should not be rushing to add to my wardrobe. Yes, I make a lot of church outfits, but I do need some casual outfit to wear on dates with the hubby.
Simplicity 1699 Jacket revisited in cotton sateen. I have enough fabric left for a dress or pants.

Out of the Blue MAGAM Outfit!
Pattern: Vogue 8886 top and pants.
Fabric: Royal blue polyester/cotton stretch bottom weight from Fabric Mart
Alterations: Moved zipper from side to front, lengthened the sleeves, removed one inch from the waist to the hem, and added four inches to the length to make sure as to not make them too short.
I really like this pattern which includes a dress. With this fabric there is too deep of a curve in the bust area. It needs to be straightened so as to not ride up above the bust. It was perfect with ITY knit.
The collar stands better on this top than the dress because I used a heavier weight interfacing.
Sizes: 8-24

Happy Mother's Day!
Pattern: Butterick 5982 MISSES'/MISSES' PETITE DRESS AND BELT: Dress has close-fitting, lined bodice, side front seams, pleated and gathered skirt, back zipper, and belt with bow, knot and Velcro® closing. A/B, C D cup sizes.
My Mother's Day Prayer Breakfast dress and Purse.
Fabric: Polyester table cloth and dinner mat
Alterations: The skirt is not as full because I cut it as one piece and added 3" to the length. Edging on the neckline is the already folded bias edge of the fabric. I cut it, sewed it to the front and back bodice, serged it, and topstitched it 1/4 inch.

The hair is a little different: Two-strand twist with pin curls. Yes it's fit for a 1950's dress.

Hubby's Birthday Date Outfit
Pattern: Simplicity 4302 Jacket View E Sizing: 18W-32W
I saw this on Pinterest and I was inspired!!!!!
This is a very easy pattern whether lined or unlined. I highly recommend this pattern.
I love this easy collar. I almost added black piping, but I thought the jacket would work better with my pants and dresses that I have in every color of the jacket.
Fold the placemat to the desired position, stitch both sides, and add a large snap or Velcro. Accessories can be added by using a broche, earring, make ruffles, piping etc. I also add my tag.
