This is something that often crosses my mind. So, I thought I'd take a moment and play a little!
He's always so understanding when he comes home and there's
sewing important items on the bed or the cutting board is up etc. A few years ago, I thought "Does he realize this is a sewing room?" I just refuse to make one of the other rooms a sewing room, because it's important to me that the kids have their rooms available when visiting. He wants me to be happy doing what I do. Isn't it wonderful!
Poor man.

I have a sewing room, but we are in the process of selling our house, and moving to a smaller house..
which means I loose my sewing room... So the bedroom will become my sewing spot too.. and my
sweet hubby... will get to go back to the days, that our bedroom ...real frequently will be adorned
with "sewing stuff" ha..
I do try hard to keep putting away everything after having those moments of pulling out to much to make decisions. Thankfully, when we build the house the bedroom had an additional space separated by French doors that I am happy they were removed immediately after installation to keep from chopping up the space. That gives me the front space for TV, Computer, sofa, and all sewing on the opposite wall. I think he'd miss me if I moved to another space.
