McCall's 6367 tops in sizes 6-24, copyrighted in 1978, was thrifted a few months ago. A family member liked it and wanted it.
Lime cotton fabric and clear buttons were used.
The gathers were removed from the yoke front and back by folding the adjusted amount of the front and back pattern pieces. Topstitching the front yoke and back yoke were omitted and I slipstitched instead.
Note: Ms Sally's hips are adjusted three inches larger than the person for whom the top was created. I try not to adjust her too much trying to keep her in tack.

ReplyDelete:-) I love the lime green blouse, and wish I could wear that color-but it makes me look monsterish.
Well, I'm retired and have two hard working professional ladies in my live and one little lady that makes life worth living. I enjoy adding to their wardrobes.
