Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? No, due to alterations
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? It was an easy pattern to use in order to match unevenly striped fabric.
Fabric Used: Moleskin
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: A vertical striped collar was added and tucks were omitted. The top was lengthened to dress length as well as adding 3" to the sleeves.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes, this is the second completed project from this pattern. I would recommend this pattern.
Conclusion: Although, the stripes matched perfectly on the sides, due to the Kimono sleeves, my full bust, the boat neck,and the heaviness of the moleskin, my fabric choice wasn't a good one for this particular pattern. It would have looked nicer with some draping fabric.
I did make view C in a polyester knit and it drapes and flows nicely.
